This is a process perfected through many iterations over the last few years, grounded in the science of coaching and leadership, and aimed at the vertical development of your leadership attitude and overall self-regard.
STEP 1
Data-driven Diagnosis
We use a 360 process of mini-interviews with your main stakeholders, a personality assessment to reveal your main self-deception and ego-driven mechanisms, a 360 values audit to understand the internal authenticity disalignment that is also visible to others, and an adaptability quotient assessment to measure and develop your ability to navigate uncertainty and accelerate the learn/unlearn/relearn cycle.
STEP 2
Setting the cological leadership vision
Based on the data collected you decide what to get rid of from your behaviors, what attitudinal change is needed and what is the best learning curve, milestones, and timeline.
STEP 3
Stakeholder Engagement
We involve the stakeholders as tough-love supporters of your change and enroll them in a continuous feedback and feedforward loop that builds trust and transparency.
STEP 4
Measured Transformation
We track your progress month by month through (anonymous) pulse surveys with your stakeholders and supporters. You only graduate when your stakeholders confirm you have changed.
STEP 5
Additional Resources
Throughout the program, you will meet with your coach regularly in coaching sessions where you evaluate your progress, receive coaching on attitudinal-behavioral change, and commit to new actions to move forward towards the set vision. Additionally, the coach might ask you to learn relevant, on-point, and critical knowledge from areas such as leadership, psychology, and spirituality.

ABOUT
The coach behind egoleadership.
I'm George Bragadireanu, a Master Certified Coach, ICF. My story is simple: I worked for 13 years in a multinational bank, then for 5 more years as a management trainer and since 2018 as a coach.
Throughout my life, I have been interested in nature: biological and human. In the three attitudes I have embraced until now, leading, training, and coaching, I have always been interested in bettering myself and others through better thinking, education, and meaning-making. And bettering means: efficiency, ecology, sustainable thinking.
We are not here to disregard the impact we have on our ecosystem. On the contrary.
In recent years, I realized I had no time left for many things. I chose to dedicate my work to coaching senior leaders who reached the point in their lives where they understand what the stakes of real power are: to heal the world, counterbalance ego-driven behaviors (their own and others'), and do good for the world.
For this, I needed to shift from a self-centered, limited, unconscious perspective to a second-tier, systemic-existential metaperspective of myself and the world.
